Booking & Scheduling

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance for standard shoots. However, we often have same-day availability. Check our app or call us for last-minute requests—we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

Can I book same-day shoots?

Yes! Same-day shoots are often available depending on our schedule. Download our app or call us directly to check real-time availability. There’s no additional rush fee for same-day bookings.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand schedules change. You can reschedule for free up to 4 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a fee. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change.

How does property access work?

This is where we shine. We have a licensed real estate agent on staff who can handle lockbox access, coordinate with listing agents, or meet sellers directly. No more chasing down keys or missing shoots due to access issues.

Turnaround & Delivery

What is your turnaround time?

We guarantee 24-hour turnaround on all standard shoots. Most content is delivered even faster—often within 12–18 hours. If we miss our 24-hour guarantee, your shoot is on us.

How do I receive my content?

All content is delivered through our platform. You'll receive a notification when your photos and videos are ready, and you can download them directly to your device in full resolution. No waiting for email attachments.

What formats do you deliver?

Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, optimized for both web and print. Videos come in MP4 format in multiple resolutions (4K, 1080p). We also provide MLS-ready versions automatically.

Can I request revisions?

Absolutely. We include one round of revisions with every package. Additional revisions are available for a small fee. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

What types of projects do you work on?

We primarily specialize in real estate media (properties, listings, architectural work), but we also excel at yacht photography/videography and select branding/commercial projects. Our sweet spot is luxury assets that require cinematic quality and fast turnaround.

What’s included in photography packages?

Our photography packages include professional HDR photography, professional editing, color correction, perspective correction, sky replacement when needed, and delivery in multiple formats. The number of final images depends on the package and property size.

Do you offer package deals?

Yes! We offer bundled packages that combine photography, video, drone, and more at discounted rates. Contact us for custom package pricing based on your specific needs.

Do you offer yacht photography?

Absolutely! We offer specialized yacht photography and videography packages. We capture both interior and exterior shots, underway footage, and drone aerials. Contact us at [email protected] for custom yacht shoot pricing.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. The price you see is the price you pay. We don’t charge for travel within our Naples/SWFL service area, standard delivery, or normal revisions. What we quote is what you’ll be invoiced.

Technical & Equipment

Are your drone pilots licensed?

All of our drone pilots hold FAA Part 107 certifications and carry appropriate insurance. We follow all federal and local regulations for commercial drone operations.

What equipment do you use?

We use professional-grade equipment including Sony and Canon mirrorless cameras, DJI drones, gimbal stabilizers, professional lighting kits, and specialized real estate photography gear. We invest in the best tools to deliver the best results

Can you shoot in any weather?

We can shoot interiors in any weather. For exteriors and drone work, we need reasonable conditions for safety and quality. If weather prevents a complete shoot, we'll return to finish at no extra charge.
